Project Description

The construction of a single five storey building, incorporating balconies to accommodate 2 x 1 bedroom, 22 x 2 bedroom units and 3 x 3 bedroom self-contained flats, together with associated landscaping and provision of a bin store.The development site is a patch of land between Trundleys Road and the London Underground Line between New Cross and Surrey Quays.The aim was to provide a scheme that meets the housing needs of the area in a modern and contemporary form that addresses the site context and surroundings environment. The new development is designed to be energy efficient and utilize energy saving devices. We exceed Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
